Return / Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any non special order parts that have not been installed or used in any way. Any special order parts require an RMA as per request of the manufacturer and may be subject to additional fees and costs outside of TSP's policy. We ask that you please keep this in mind when placing an order on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns, as not all of the products we sell ship directly from our facility.

A non-special order part is considered one that ships directly from our facility. A restocking fee of 5% must be charged on all cancellations and returns that are not due to a defect or error by TSP to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

A special order part is considered any product that does not ship directly from our facility. (i.e. You place the order with us but the actual product ships from our distributor's warehouse or directly from the manufacturer.) Any return/cancellation for a special order part is subject to the distributor/manufacturer's policy. Some do not charge restocking fees, where as others charge 15-20% or more. This varies on a case by case basis, so please be advised prior to placing an order with us. Also, please note that Pre-Orders, Special Order Items, and Build to Order Items may fall into this category as well.

In the rare event that there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us and we will make sure you are promptly taken care of.

Except in cases of a product defect, or an error by Two Step Performance, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

All digitally delivered items (TSP Stage Tune Files or otherwise) are non-refundable. Once the product has been digitally delivered, there is no way to return it, therefore we are unable to refund it. In the event that an error was made during checkout, we will do our best to work with you in making the correction. We're not here to try and take advantage of anyone, so please do not try and take advantage of us.

Not every product we advertise on our website is explicitly noted as "non-special" or "special" on the product pages. For that reason, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order with us. We do our best to absorb as much of the return costs and cancellation fees as possible, but the customer is still responsible for these costs/fees where necessary.
