Due to high order volume, the best way to contact us is via email. Once you submit your support ticket, we will respond as soon as we are able to. Please try to avoid sending multiple ticket requests as this can cause confusion and will only further the delay of the response on our end.
Though we typically process orders within one business day, the pandemic and weather events have caused periodic delays with some of our distributors and suppliers. For this reason, some orders will take longer to ship than others. If you have any concerns, please contact us prior to placing a time sensitive order.
