Don’t waste your time

I upgraded my 18 civic Hatchback with 2 different tuners (Racechip and Hondata) so it’s hard to stop when I’m going fast. The first red flag 🚩 was when I noticed the “contact us” section is just filling in some information by email and there’s no number or address posted. I have dealt with companies like this before and hand AMAZING SERVICE. So I filling all the required information and bam... a brake kit from “wilwood” to my surprise. HELL YEAH these brakes are good. I bought them and didn’t get ANY notifications about the brakes until I messaged “TSP” and asked to cancel. I was told it takes 1-2 weeks on average time to “BE MADE” . So I waited and FINALLY my brakes and rotors are delivered. I took these brakes to 3 different mechanics that all told me these don’t fit. Mean while I’m emailing LTSP” for an installation video or something. You must have one since these are “made to fit” my car... you would think. So I call “Wilwood” directly and speak with a technician that tells me “Wildwood” doesn’t make a brake kit for my car and the installation instructions that “TSP” has is the “Wilwood” original instructions. The technician also told me the kit “TSP”is passing off for a 10th gen civic is really for a 2011 CRV. Mind you, the first time these didn’t fit I asked for a refund and all I was told by “TSP” was the part is on the wrong side, read the instructions, email this other guy....blah. No videos no help. All the other guy “Brian” did was he highlighted and told me my spinal arm needs to be shaved down (which is in the “Wilwood” original instructions) but I’m like why would I have to do that if the 1-2week lead time to make these were specifically for my car??? It makes no sense. “TSP” may be good with other products but don’t wastes you time on brake kits with them
