Fortunately I didn't need to enact the shipment protection. At least I knew I was covered in the event of a tragedy.
Product came within a few days, install took about 3.5 hrs(combined with turbo inlet pipe and front pipe).
Coupled with an OTS TSP tune the power is abundantly apparent. Great product.
Item as described. Fast shipping and email updates were nice as well. Love the sound this intake provides. TSP is definitely one of my first looks for my Type R.
Not designed to fit an FK8, but you can make it work very easily.
