Form fitting DP blanket

Bought to cover my TSP dp. The form fitting worked out very nice and near perfect. Chose to go with their black lava blanket to pair up with the turbo blanket. Looks good in the engine bay too

Heat protection

Much better heat insulation than the oem piece. Wraps around the entire downpipe from top to bottom. I have the TSP high efficiency downpipe too.

Designed to fit aftermarket 5" downpipes (Such as Two Step Performance or PRL Motorsports with GESI converter) for the following applications:

  • 2019+ Acura TLX 2.0T
  • 2023+ Honda Civic FL5 Type R
  • 2024+ Acura Integra Type S

The PTP Honda Downpipe Blanket is designed to limit the amount of heat that is transferred from your downpipe to your engine bay as well as keeping hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. By limiting the amount of transferred heat, you extend the life of your under hood components, decrease intake temps, and improve the response from your car.

Constructed with a fragmentized fire retardant volcanic rock outer layer (Rated 1500°F Direct Heat / 1800°F Radiant Heat) and internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (Rated 1800°F Direct Heat / 2300°F Peak Heat).
