Both the Ktuner hardware and software are both fantastic. I was able to tweak more individual things than i expected and the dual 21 tune that comes with it is pretty good about waking up the car (1.5T non-si in my case).
The TSP Stage 1 that also came free with the purchase is also great with awesome power and great fun, but at the cost of a bit jerkier driving at low gears at lower speeds.
I did however get sent the wrong file at first but the Ktuner software didn't let me flash it to my ECU and let me know why which was great.
Thankfully i got the correct file within minutes of pointing it out.

This is a much better splash guard than OEM. It isn't as flimsy, it has a better finish and has venting to help pull hot air from the engine bay. I did have to change to the included M6 screws and clips, for some reason the splash guard and the finish makes it too thick to use either your OEM quarter turn screws or the new quarter turns included. There were some rough edges that I still had to hit with a little bit of sand paper, but overall this was a good upgrade.
I've used several different RMMs in the past, Urethane inserts for the OEM mount, PRL, Wunderladen Racing and now the Cobb Billet Rear Motor Mount. I can say this is probably the best mount if you want next to zero NVH and OEM comfort with the performance of an upgraded mount to prevent wheel hop. Great for a daily.
