This is one of the best carbon fiber hoods I’ve ever purchased! Although delivery took a while, it was well worth the wait. The packaging was secure and well-protected, ensuring the hood arrived without any damage.
The hood completely transforms the look of the car, giving it a more aggressive and sporty appearance. The vents are a great touch, helping release excess heat from the engine bay. I also recommend installing hood pins for added security, which I plan to do soon. Thankfully, the hood has remained secure even at high speeds.
There are a couple of minor fitment issues to be aware of. The hood prop rod doesn’t fit properly, so the mounting holes will need to be drilled deeper. Additionally, the windshield washer nozzle hoses need to be extended to function correctly.
Other than these minor adjustments, the hood looks absolutely beautiful and adds a fantastic touch to the car. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle’s appearance with a carbon fiber hood!
Great product! They look great and will not rust or corrode. One of the ones I ordered was manufacturer’s defect and two steeper performance set out a new one under warranty right away.
