"Why didn't you design Cobra-style cold air intake like the 10th Gen?"
Unlike the 10th Gen Civic 1.5T chassis, the 11th Gen Civic/ 5th Gen Integra features a rather large and efficient air duct through the front bumper/grill from the factory. We elected to retain the factory air guides, and utilize them in our HVI design. Our engineers decided to take this one step further, though. In an effort to promote maximum airflow volume, our HVI comes standard with it's own injection molded High Volume Inlet Duct that attaches to the air box with OE-style clips and seals against the factory rubber seal/guide on the hood. We have also integrated provisions to the bottom of our air box to accommodate a possible secondary air source for enthusiasts looking to increase airflow in the future.

Fits Great, Looks great, Sounds great !
Fitment was great and great power gains as well as sound. Could not believe how much more noticeable the turbo is. First mod and love it.
Put this on along with the PRL turbo inlet pipe and was very happy. it sounds great and the difference is easy to feel when a down pipe is paired with it
This intake is a very good first mod for me. It gives a nice and noticeable "whoosh" sound, even from inside the cabin. My friends and I couldn't get all of the clips in place to fully secure the inlet air duct, but it wasn't a big deal. Even with the bolts and one clip, it was pretty secure, so I'm not worried. Overall the installation went very well; the instructions were clear, but a bit outdated. I highly recommend this intake. Good job PRL and TSP!
