The Wunderladen Racing clutch damper delete is the problem solving solution for your 2022+ Honda Civic you didn't know you needed! Having trouble with high RPM shift lockout? Why does the clutch damper exist? It exists to make the car easier to drive smoothly for drivers who have trouble with modulating the clutch in a smooth manner. It also works with the delay valve in the slave cylinder to serve as a safety buffer for the drivetrain to save it from abusive driving that would shock the drivetrain unnecessarily like clutch dumps etc. but that safety net comes at the cost of responsiveness and engagement feedback.

 Unlike the previous 10th generation Civic which had the damper integrated into the clutch master cylinder, on the 11th generation Civic the damper is a standalone component that is in the middle of the clutch line between the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. This means it can be eliminated without having to replace the clutch master cylinder. Our damper delete bolts directly to the factory mounting bracket in place of the damper and is a direct fit with the factory hard lines for a complete plug n play installation.
