I first had installed the Torque Solutions BOV Adapter to hear that glorious "PSSHHT" in between Shifts. However, right after I installed it, I noticed I lost all my top end and it would fall flat on its face after about 4k RPM. I ordered this with the Street MAF and installed it and took off the BOV Adapter. Let me tell you, this Car is a whole nother animal, especially in Sport Mode. Not only can you hear the "PSSSHHHT", but also hear that Turbo spooling and the air flowing. I have since ordered the Race MAF Conversion and am waiting for the Ktuner V2 with the TSP 1+ Tune and can't wait to see how much more I can wake her up.

Installation went pretty smoothly. Can’t really hear the turbo spool by revving while idle, but while driving the car… that is a different story. The car will always want to hit boost (and so will you😉) I recommend this to be one of the first mods for your 10th gen civic.
Makes the car sound completely different. It sounds amazing not to complicated to put on. Overall good product.
My car sounds beautiful now with the intake. It was a relatively easy install. However there does seem to be a loss of torque, particularly in 3rd gear. I read from quite a few people that there was a loss of torque so I was expecting it and really not bothered as I plan on also getting a ktuner. Though I am interested in the claims from PRL that there was an increase in both HP and torque

There’s a reason our Cobra Cold Air Intake Systems is a constant topic of discussion and so highly regarded. Our CNC machined billet aluminum MAF Housing was designed to provide *factory-spec fuel trims (-4% of factory STFT & LTFT) for optimal drivability and performance. The Cobra CAI utilizes a 4" volume from the air filter into the MAF Housing and is available with two different MAF housing choices; a Street housing and a Race housing. Both housings utilizes the factory MAF sensor, but feature two different diameters and profiles. As mentioned above, the Street housing is designed to provide factory-spec fuel trims WITHOUT any tuning whatsoever. The Race housing allows a 50% larger volume of air in comparison to the Street housing, which is why a tune IS required. This larger volume of airflow reduces pumping loss and creates an unrestricted air path to feed the MAF housing with ambient temperature air.
Customers can switch between MAF housings without having to buy another intake system by purchasing our MAF Housing Conversion Kit.
Customers can convert to a Short Ram Intake with our Short Ram Intake Conversion Kit.
