Got these installed for roughly $400. (Was done along side oil change, filters, and inspection). Came out super clean and I have to say, I absolutely love the look of it. Didn’t really notice too much of a difference driving it other than big bumps now hit a little harder than before, but nothing intolerable. Haven’t heard any sort of rubbing, even living in NY with some low roads, patchy spots and weird hills. Highly recommend. Great purchase!
Pictures are before and after the lower.
An excellent option for lowering the car for looks and performance without losing the adaptive dampers. Lowers a good amount and rides pretty smooth.
the 2 inch really does show 🥰
Great and quick service extremely helpful
everything went smoothly, i got my order within a week, definitely would recommend two step performance and i would buy more parts from these guys in the future for sure.
install-wise, the rear is really easy to install, shouldn’t take more than an hour. The fronts however take a bit more time as you need to take out the strut itself, taking it out is straightforward enough and putting it back together is also not too bad, just play around with it. The front right is where i had the most trouble as i couldn’t take the strut out AT ALL. Every time i’d pound it with a mallet it’d just come back up. Took me a couple days to finally get it out with the help of a friend, just used brute force. Putting it back was also tough as i couldn’t line up the bolts with the holes on the lower control arm. After all this though, seeing the car lowered it was all worth it. Having a helping hand definitely helps I’d say.
Fast shipping , went on flawlessly and looks fantastic!
D2 PRO Series lowering springs optimize and improve handling characteristics by offering a reduction in ride height while maintaining exceptional ride quality through the use of a progressive rate spring. All of our springs come with a Lifetime Warranty and are manufactured of 55 chrome silicon steel in an ISO 9001 and TUV approved facility.
D2 Racing PRO Series lowering springs have been designed to give your car superior handling with an aggressive race look. Most other brands use a linear rate, but D2 utilizes a progressive rate for several reasons. A progressive rate allows a plush comfortable ride under normal travel, but since the rate shifts higher during compression, it stops "body roll" during heavy braking, hard acceleration, or fast cornering. By lowering the center of gravity from OE height you dramatically improve performance and handling characteristics.
- Progressive Spring Rates: Allows for a comfortable ride under normal travel and during compression, the rate increase to help with body roll
- High Tensile Wires: Cold wound for strength and shot peened for increased stress relieft
- 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
